Transferring review ownership in Please Review is a straightforward process that enables you to reassign control and responsibility of a review from one user to another, ensuring seamless collaboration and workflow continuity. This feature is especially useful when team dynamics change or when a different team member needs to take the lead, allowing for a smooth transition of review management within the platform.

Transferring Review Ownership

1. Select the ‘Search for reviews’ tab on the Please Review home screen to find the review to be transferred:

2. Locate the review to be transferred and click the ‘Select’ link to enter the Review Control Panel.
3. In the Review Control Panel click ‘Edit Details’ at the bottom of the screen:

4. The review can be transferred to any user in the Workgroup with Author permissions.
5. Once transferred, the original Review Owner will remain in the review as a participant but only with Reviewer permissions.
