Configuring Language Packs

Language packs need to be purchased before you can access them.
In this article, we discuss configuring Language Packs in Please Review, catering to customers seeking to adjust the language settings within the platform.
Important: Language packs can be purchased to expand language coverage. For pricing details please reach out to your Account Manager.
1. Language Packs
The following languages are currently supported in Please Review:
- English
- Chinese
- French
- Japanese
- Spanish
- Russian
- German
- Portuguese
Note: The Russian, German and Portuguese language packs have been added in Please Review 7.7. For more information, please refer to Getting Started with Please Review 7.7.
When logging into Please Review, you'll notice the supported languages in the top right-hand corner.
- To find the language packs you have purchased, select the cog icon on the right after logging into Please Review.
- A pop-up will appear, make sure you're viewing the Profile tab.
- Click on the Language drop-down menu to see the language packs.
- Select the language you'd like to view Please Review in.
- Click Apply.
Important: Remember, language packs can be purchased to expand language coverage. For pricing details please reach out to your Account Manager.
Important: Please make sure to log out and then back in again to see the selected language reflected in the application.
