Getting Started with the Review Toolbar

Review Authors with permissions can adjust user settings.
The review environment provides a centralised platform for collaborative document reviews, allowing multiple reviewers to access and contribute to the same document simultaneously. It offers real-time commenting, tracking, and version control features, ensuring efficient and organised feedback exchange during the review process.

The Review Environment
This relates to the Please Review review interface, the default interface for Microsoft Word and PDF documents. All other document formats are presented in the Please Review classic interface.
When you enter a review the body of the document is viewed in the review pane, which is the main part of the window. The navigation pane on the left allows you to navigate the document.
There is a toolbar across the top of the window which provides functions required for user interaction.
Toolbar Navigation
The Review Toolbar provides reviewers with assorted options to add comments, annotations, and highlights to the document. It also offers easy navigation through the document, review status indicators, and communication features to facilitate collaborative document review and co-authoring.
Note: To zoom in on a review, use CTRL+ on your keyboard. To zoom out, use CTRL-.
