How to Use Document and User Actions

Review Authors with permissions can adjust user settings.
Reviewers can access a range of essential functionalities that support the document's review process. From accepting or rejecting changes to approving the final document, document actions empower reviewers to manage their review tasks efficiently and contribute effectively to the collaborative review process.
1. Document Actions
Document actions in the review toolbar enable reviewers to perform various operations on the document, such as accepting or rejecting changes, approving the document, or saving their review progress. By clicking on the appropriate document action buttons, reviewers can efficiently manage their review tasks.

Note: Accepted changes are still displayed in the document pane, so you are working on an up-to-date document, however the associated comments are not displayed. The icon colour will change to green to indicate a filter is applied. |

2. User Actions
User actions in the review toolbar allow reviewers to access the user manual and support materials. It also gives reviewers access to bookmark mode, creation mode, user settings and to leave the review they're currently on.
