Roadmap Principles

At the core of the Ideagen roadmap are 7 core principles:

Q3 2022

Collapse/Expand all comments/changes - better usability for high volume of comments/changes.
Improve Please Review performance in hosted environment:
- Reduced delays for document processing
- Faster processing of multiple documents.
Merge table cell - correct displaying of complex merged table cell combinations for word documents.
EndNote 20 reference management fix - Improved compatibility with Endnote.
Documentum D2 integration - Streamline the review process through a new integration with Documentum D2.

Support for word content controls - Improved compatibility with industry standard templates.
Bookmarks and private notes:
- Redirect participants to key areas in word documents
- Added private notes/comments
- Convert private notes to public comments.
Add paragraph functionality - Insert paragraph in word documents.
Bullet point functionality - Insert bullet point into a list in word documents.
Comment metrics - Users can configure and report on comment metrics.

Document Co-authoring - allow ownership at a document/zone level to provide a collaborative environment for co-authoring.
Redesign PowerPoint UI - Redesign the user interface according to Ideagen Helix standards
Redesign Excel UI - Redesign the user interface according to Ideagen Helix standards.
Dashboard:
- Users can get a broad view of progress and to analyse trends.
- Identify any issues in advance.
InteliNotion integration -Streamline the review process with a new integration with InteliNotion.
