Performing a Please Review 8 upgrade

The Please Review upgrade is performed by upgrading a variety of different components depending on how you interact with Please Review and what features you have chosen to implement.
Note: For hosted PR instances, a designated contact can request an upgrade through their account manager, indicating which instance to upgrade if multiple are in use. Please check the relevant integration upgrade guides on the download pages for any necessary changes on the integration application side. If you self-host your PR instance, please follow these steps.
