1. Changes to Please Review 7.7.0
Please Review 7.7.0 includes the following changes:
1.1. Redesign of General Please Review UX/UI
Enhanced user experience: Improved review inbox and navigation bar, streamlined action buttons and new features such as progress bars, status tags, start dates and filter options for a smoother, more intuitive interface. 1.2. Extended Language Pack
Increased linguistic accessibility: With added support for Russian, German and Portuguese, Please Review 7.7.0 broadens its linguistic reach, allowing more users worldwide seamless use of the platform. 1.3. Validation Pack
Compliance made easier: This version comes with the option to add our new validation feature. For pricing details, please reach out to your account manager who will provide you with all the necessary information to make an informed decision.
2. Downloading Please Review 7.7.0
Please Review 7.7.0 is available to all Please Review customers and can be downloaded from the Please Review 7.7.0 Download Centre.
Important: If you are running Please Review 7.6.0 or lower then please contact your account manager to request a Please Review 7.7.0 license file.
3. Performing the Update
The steps to perform the upgrade are outlined at How to Perform a Please Review Upgrade.
The steps will vary based on the version of Please Review you are using and what configurations you have implemented. The high level steps to upgrade are:
- Configure Microsoft .NET Framework.
- Backup the Database and Configs.
- Remove the Old Please Review.
- Update Node.js.
- Install Please Review 7.7.0.
- Merge Config Settings.
- Upgrade the Please Review Database.
