Review Owners with permissions to incorporate feedback documents.
A Review Owner has the option to incorporate a feedback document into a review, enabling participants to offer overarching insights on documents rather than delving into intricate changes or comments. Feedback is commonly conveyed through ratings and bullet points in response to a predefined set of questions.

The Feedback Document
The sample feedback document supplied with the Please Review system is designed to demonstrate the various standard options for feedback documents. The text in the sample feedback document can be modified, as necessary.
Important: When modifying the text in the sample feedback document, always ensure the text uses a ‘Feedback Document Style’ without any font changes on top of the style properties.
Review Setup
A review Owner can upload a feedback document to a review at step 2 of the new review set up, and set the document type to ‘Feedback’:

Note: Feedback documents are presented in the classic review interface in Please Review, where participants are presented with rating options, based on the feedback document.
- Clicking on the first option in the sample feedback document within Please Review displays the ratings available in the comment window:
- It is possible that the document is set up so that the users can enter bullet points in free text.
- Depending on how the bullet list is configured, it may be possible for participants to ‘Agree’ or ‘Disagree’ with bullet points made by other participants:
Review Closeout
- If a ratings table is used in the feedback document, any Author on the review can ‘Accept/Ignore’ the feedback:
- Once a selection has been accepted the document view is updated accordingly. If a selection has been ‘Ignored’ the option to ‘undo ignores’ will be available until a rating is ‘Accepted’.
- The review Owner can then close and complete the review in the usual way
