Getting Started with Reviewing Images

Reviewing an image in Please Review is a user-friendly process that allows users to upload images and engage in collaborative feedback by adding annotations, comments, and visual markers directly onto the image. Reviewers can efficiently assess and discuss the content within images, fostering clear communication and enhancing the quality of image-based reviews.

Review Interface
Important: Image files are presented in the classic interface.
- When you enter the review, the image is viewed in the review pane, which is the main part of the window.
- The navigation pane on the left allows you to navigate the images. The comment window is where you make comments.
- It can be set to display on the right of the window (as shown), the left, or as a pop-up. You can set your location preference in your user settings.
Making Comments and Proposed Changes
To add a comment to an image, simply click on the area of the image you wish to add it to and enter your comment in the comment window:
Document Markup
Once applied, all comments are marked up on the image and can be identified by the ‘C’ icons:
Key Information
1. General comment - applies to the whole document.
2. Download and reporting - access the reconciliation report and document downloads (if available).
3. Toggle filter - set markup display preferences.
4. Leave review - leave the review interface and update your status.
Leaving the Review
When you have finished reviewing the document, you exit the review by clicking the leave the review button on the toolbar. You will then be prompted to update your status:
