The error reference number is a timestamp in the format YYYYMMDDHHMMSSmmm. For example, 20250811151632722 occurred at 15:16:32.722 on 11 August 2025.
When these errors occur, a corresponding .txt file is created in the logs folder using that timestamp. This file should be reviewed to investigate the issue further.

Server administrators can find it directly in the Logs folder.

If contacting Support, please provide the error file if possible. If your server is hosted by Ideagen, we can retrieve the file on your behalf.
