Users trying to delete a review.

Admin access to the workgroup may be required.

This article assists users in deleting reviews, addressing situations where the option is greyed out in the modern interface or missing in the classic one.

1. Owners can delete

Only review owners can delete their reviews. If you're not the owner, request them to delete it. If they're unavailable, an admin or sysadmin can transfer the review to a user with author rights, enabling them to delete it.

Admins can use the Edit Details button to change the review's author within the workgroup.

2. Sub reviews cannot be deleted

Sub reviews cannot be deleted if they are linked to a parent review; the parent must be deleted first.
