No special access or permissions are required.

This article explains certain Zones features and and aspects that may require clarification.

1. Original document change

Changes made in Zone, edited in Word, then uploaded back to Please Review will appear as if they are part of the original document.

You would be able to see the Zone History to see the changes made that way.

2. Permissions and roles

When changing a users role on a document, you need to also ensure you change the Zone role accordingly. This open will be present when Zones are in use on the document.
