Please Review no longer supports Documentum based integrations, such as Cara. Until version 8.3 PR supported the integration with the Documentum-based Cara v3. Cara v5 has since been released so this article is created to answer the question as to whether this is supported.

1. Is CARA v5 integration supported?

Cara v5 is not a Documentum-based system. After our Development team reviewing this, it was so different from the system before it would require a big assignment to create an integration for this. As such, there are no current plans to work on releasing an integration for this version. 

2. Is documentation for this available?

As there is now no plans to proceed with developing this, we have no documentation on this, other than this article.

3. How can we follow up this?

Please speak to your account manager if you wish to request that we assign time to this.
