This article provides guidance on editing users' authentication methods for logging in to Please Review.

1. How to edit authentication methods

1. To edit a user's authentication or login sources, navigate to

4. Search for the user.
5. Select the Edit option next to their username.

Note: Note: Before adding new login sources, your Please Review instance must be configured to support those authentication methods.

2. Admin users restrictions

Admin users can only edit the login source for users using the same login method with which they logged in. For instance, if an admin logged in via the SAML2 method, they can only modify the SAML2 login source for others. They will not have access to modify other login sources, and some options may be unavailable, as shown below:

3. SYSADMIN user privileges

SYSADMIN users have the ability to edit all login sources for a user, regardless of the login method they used to access the system. This makes SYSADMIN users a better choice for managing login changes, especially when multiple login sources are involved.
