1. Chrome/Edge Built in PDF Reader

Some redaction types might not display correctly, particularly the hover ones activated in the select comments options. In these instances, the redactions appear, but hovering over them reveals the contents underneath. However, normal redactions in Please Review should be fine, as the contents remain inaccessible through that method.

2. Adobe

The PDFs you generate should be fully compatible with Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat. We have not encountered any compatibility issues with Adobe software.

3. FoxIt Pro

Not aware of any compatibility challenges with FoxIt Pro.

4. Others

Not aware of any compatibility challenges with other PDF readers.

5. Troubleshooting
