It could appear like this:

The most likely cause is that the cells of the table are defined with 100% shading as we do not support this in Please Review. If you select the table in Word, click the little arrow in the corner of the Styles menu, then the magnifying glass to open the style inspector and then the eye icon to open the reveal formatting, you can check this here. You can click the link to change the pattern to be clear and this will then work just fine.
