Getting Started with Distribution Lists

Administrators of reviews can create shared distribution lists.
Review Owners have the capability to establish and maintain their personal distribution lists, whether it's during the review setup process or directly from the home screen. Shared distribution lists are created and overseen by Workgroup Administrators.

Creating a Distribution List
- From the Please Review home screen, select the ‘Manage Lists’ link from the left hand menu and select ‘Add New List’:
- In the ‘new personal distribution list’ screen, enter the title for the distribution list.
- You can then search for users to add to the distribution list.
- Select the participants to be included on the list and chose their default role.
- Once you have all the required participants shown in the top half of the screen under ‘Distribution List Members’, select ‘Save List’.
- The distribution list will be available to use immediately.
Creating a Distribution List
Personal distribution lists can also be created during the review set up process.
- At step 3 of the new review wizard, add participants to the review in the usual way.
- Once participants are added, they are listed in the bottom of the window under ‘participants already included on this review’.
- Select the ‘Manage distribution lists’ link:
- A new window opens with a list of all participants included in the review being created.
- You can now create a new personal distribution list based on the participants listed or overwrite an existing personal distribution list.
- To create a new personal distribution list, enter a title for the distribution list and click ‘OK’.
- Alternatively, you can overwrite an existing distribution list by selecting an existing list from the drop-down and clicking ‘OK’.
- Once saved, the distribution list will be available to use.
