Resending failed emails in the user interface

Administrators and review owners who need to resend emails that previously failed to send.
No elevated permissions are required.
This article explains how to resend failed emails using the interface in both the current and legacy layouts.
1. Resend emails from the admin area
Go to Admin and select Email status.
- Locate the emails that show a failed status.
- Tick the checkboxes next to the emails you want to resend.
Review the status column to confirm which emails failed at the time of sending.
Select Re-queue selected.
- The background service checks every minute and will attempt to resend them.
2. Resend emails from the review control panel
Open the review and select Control panel.
Select Email status.
Tick the emails that need resending and select Re-queue selected.
- The background service checks every minute and will attempt to resend them.
