Access keys for PleaseReport are required.

PleaseReport has been designed to surface the data on reviews and related information manner to aid reporting and analysis.

PleaseReport is available at additional cost to your existing Please Review contract. Please contact your account manager for further details.

To access PleaseReport you will require:

• PleaseReport Endpoint URL
• Access keys

This article outlines the steps to request your access keys. 

1. About Access Keys

The data warehouse URL usually comes in the form of https://tenantName.ideagendata.com/odata/ but may vary depending on configuration.

When you register for PleaseReport you will receive two access keys however you only need one of these keys to connect. We recommend that you use one key for your business intelligence and retain the second key in a safe place.  If the in-use key becomes compromised (for example, if a member of staff with access to the key leaves the business) then you can then rotate your business intelligence systems to use the second key and then contact Ideagen Support to disable the compromised key.

2. Request Access Keys

Access keys will be allocated by your account manager. To request the access keys please contact your account manager.

In your request please confirm:

• Company
• Please Review Tenant URL
