IT Personnel managing the Please Review system.

IT access is required.

Please Review includes an HTML help file as part of the product. This is built into the product and can be accessed from the Help menu.

However, you may want to change this behaviour so that you can drive users to your own IT Help Portal or even to Ideagen Help where users can access the latest information on using Please Review.

This article outlines the steps to change the URL and is split into the following sections:

1. Changing the Help URL

Important: These steps are only required if you want to update the URL to point to Ideagen Help. The end-users will require internet access to reach this site.

To configure the help URL to point to the Ideagen Please Review Help pages:

1. Browse to the Please Review runtime confirg directory. By default this will be C:\ProgramFiles\PleaseReview\Runtime\config\
2. Open config.xml.
3. Update the Tara.SupportHelpURL tag to:

<add key="Tara.Support.HelpURL" value="https://pleasereview.help.ideagen.com" />

Alternatively, if you do not change the tag then the help links will direct you to the static legacy HTML help files.
