How to Uninstall PrizmDoc

PrizmDoc is a component that was used in Please Review 6. It is no longer required and can be uninstalled when you upgrade to Please Review 7.
This article provides details on:
1. Uninstall Prizm Services
- Click Start and then search for services.
- Locate and stop the following services:

- Prizm
- Prizm Application Services
- Open a Windows command prompt as an administrator.
- Navigate to the redist folder using the command prompt.
- Run the below command:
cmd UnInstallPrizmSilent.cmd "C:\Prizm" 13.8
- When prompted, type Y to clean up the installation folder.
- Reboot the server.
Note: When complete, all config files will be backed up to a folder named backup at the specified location, for example C:\Prizm\backup. These files will be needed if you need to revert to the previous version of Please Review. The Prizm and Prizm Application Services will also be removed.
If the Services are Still Installed
If the services were not removed with the uninstallation process then they can be manually removed via the command prompt below:
cmd
sc delete Prizm
sc delete PrizmApplicationServices
