2. Downloading Please Review 7.9.0
Please Review 7.9.0 is available to all Please Review customers and can be downloaded from the Please Review 7.9.0 download centre.
For Ideagen hosted customers, please contact your dedicated account manager to schedule an upgrade with one of our implementation consultants at no extra cost.
Important: If you are running Please Review 7.8.0 or lower then please contact your account manager to request a Please Review 7.9.0 license file.
3. Performing the update
The steps to perform the upgrade are outlined at How to Perform a Please Review Upgrade.
The steps will vary based on the version of Please Review you are using and what configurations you have implemented. The high level steps to upgrade are:
- Configure Microsoft .NET Framework.
- Backup the Database and Configs.
- Remove the Old Please Review.
- Update Node.js.
- Install Please Review 7.9.0.
- Merge Config Settings.
- Upgrade the Please Review Database.
