How to Create Workgroup Review Metrics

Workgroup review metrics in Please Review provide insightful analytics that enable administrators to track the efficiency of document review processes. These metrics offer valuable data on review completion times, feedback contributions, and overall engagement, facilitating continuous improvement.
Enabling Review Metrics
As an admin in Please Review you can enable a review metrics feature under workgroup management.
- To do this go to settings and navigate down until you find the ‘Review’ heading.
- Within ’Review’ there will be a config named ‘Review Metrics’ where you have the option to edit the value to ‘Permit’ or ‘Deny’.
- Above is the configuration page for editing the ‘Review Metrics’ workgroup setting.
- If you choose to ’Permit’, then Review metrics will be enabled to all workgroups; deny will disable this function.
Creating Workgroup Review Metrics
- To set up a ‘Review Metric’ for the whole workgroup you will need to go Into Admin and then workgroup management tab where there will be a button for ‘Metrics’:
- Once within ‘Metrics’ it's possible to create new metrics for reviews within the workgroup, click on the ‘New’ button at the top of the page.
If you use sub workgroups, then the sub workgroups can have their own Metrices by going to the
sub workgroup and editing the ‘Metrics’, following the same steps as above for the ‘Root’ workgroup.
Above is the creation of a new metric it is necessary to give the metric a title and type. The metric types are Integer, String and Selection.
At point of creation, it is possible to check the ‘Required’ checkbox. This will prevent any reviews with this metric from being completed until the metric is filled.
