Please Review 7.2.6 is a feature update focusing on improvements to how Microsoft Word comments are handled when imported into Please Review.
This article includes details on the changes to Please Review 7.2.6 and also provides a link with instructions on how to perform the upgrade. This article is split into the following sections:
Important Note: This functionality has been introduced in 7.2.6 for any customers currently using Please Review 7.2. The same functionality will be introduced in Please Review 7.5 so that customers already using Please Review 7.3 or 7.4 can upgrade.
1. Product Changes

Enhanced Word Control Content Handling:

- Native Word comments on non-editable content controls will now appear as comment balloons identifying they are part of a Word review with a W icon.
- Native Word comments on editable content controls will now appear as a comment balloon with a P icon.
- Fixes to issues with importing Word comment controls.

Note on Previous Behaviour: In Please Review, native Word comments are referred to as imported Word comments when the 'Imported Word Comment and Change' configuration setting is enabled. In this case, the native Word comment is converted into a Please Review comment balloon with a 'P' icon. When the respective configuration setting is disabled, native Word comments will continue to be displayed as native Word comments with a 'W' icon on the comment balloon.
