1. Product Changes

1.1 Look & Feel

We have enhanced Please Review to provide better support for users reviewing documents and to deliver an improved user experience. This includes a redesigned logo and the product is now called "Ideagen Please Review" to reflect the product's evolution.

We have also modernised the platform's appearance and enhanced the user interface, including changing colour scheme and updates to elements such as the login page, inbox banner, buttons, sidebar "Admin & Review tab," Help page, OLC, and Flight mode. These changes are designed to create a modern and user-friendly experience within Please Review.

1.2 Ideagen Home

Our hosted customers (i.e. customers where their system is hosted and managed by Ideagen as part of our software as a service platform) will also have access to Ideagen Home as part of Please Review 7.4.

This update will provide access to additional resources available to make the most of your implementation.

With Ideagen Home, you can easily launch your licensed Please Review and explore other relevant Ideagen products that might be of interest to you, as well as gaining centralised access to our  Ideagen Community, enabling seamless collaboration and knowledge share.

1.3 PleaseReport

PleaseReport is a reporting feature for Ideagen Please Review. It has been designed to surface the data on reviews and related information in a manner designed to aid reporting and analysis.

PleaseReport uses database view to present the data to users. Some of these views may be able to provide all the data required by a user for their reports, while others will allow complex data to be pulled from multiple locations with a simple query.
